Orders:
Please use the shopping cart for your lampwork bead orders. If you have any questions you will find a message box available on the cart. Any other enquiries can be made by email .
Your email will be answered within 24 hours.
Orders should be shipped within 1 week from date of placing orders. You will be advised of any changes to this.
Payment:
Australian Customers - Payment can be made via direct deposit, my bank details are shown in the shopping cart. Payment may also be made via Paypal in Australian dollars. You may also choose the option of credit card payment by Visa or Mastercard, you will be taken to a secure site for information. Payment may also be made by cheque or money order. All cheques will be cleared before order is sent. Payment is required before shipping of your order. GST has been included in Australian dollar prices.
International Customers - Preferred method of payment is via Paypal, just click on the option in the shopping cart. You may also choose the option of credit card payments by Visa or Mastercard, you will be taken to a secure site for information. Credit card transactions will be completed in Australian dollars only, and will then be converted on your statement.
Shipping information:
All items are shipped via AirMail. Please click on the shipping button on the shopping cart, and select either Australia or International, click 'recalculate' and your total including shipping will appear. Insurance is optional, please enquire about cost.
Return Policy:
If you are not totally satisfied with your purchase please email your intention to return the item within 7 days of receipt for a full refund.
